Terms & Conditions
By submitting your order and accepting these Terms & Conditions, the customer enters a binding contract.
1.1. At all time Sneakin reserves the right to NOT deliver in case the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order.
1.2. When the customer orders items via the webshop, they make an offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
1.3. Sneakin reserves the right to adjust or alter the price of the products at our own discretion at any given time. This right also applies to alter the price for an item that was incorrectly stated on the webshop at the time of ordering.
1.4. In case the product is unable to be delivered, the customer is contacted given the opportunity to cancel the order. In case of an advanced payment, refund will be made within 14 days. When the product is available for later delivery, a new delivery will be offered. The customer reserves the right to cancel the order if the product becomes available.
1.5. Sneakin is not responsible for loss on addresses that differs from the billing address. It is the customer's own responsibility.
2.1. Sneakin offers the following payments:

2.2 For any questions about the order, feel free to contact us.
3.1 We use DPD and United Parcel Service (UPS) to deliver your parcel. Shipping rates can be found on the Shipping and Returns page. When the parcel is dispatched, we will send you an email with a Track & Trace code to follow your order process.
3.2 Sneakin is not responsible for any additional International Customs Duties and Sales taxes on your order for shipment outside the European Union.
3.3 Shipping duration on the Shipping and Returns page are ONLY used for indication. There are no rights reserved for the published indications.
3.4. Sneakin does not ship to collection points due to the high risk of fraud. The client must change the delivery address upon own request. In case of loss, Sneakin is not accountable on these occasions.
4. Delivery status
4.1 You will receive a Track & Trace code when the parcel has left our warehouse. You can track the order with the given tracking number.
5. Product quality & defective products
5.1 Due to the color settings of the computer or mobile phone, the colors of the products shown in the pictures may differ from their actual colors. Sneakin cannot be held responsible for such discrepancy.
5.2 Sneakin checks every product carefully with professionals before they leave the warehouse. However, in case of defective products, please get in touch with our customer service for further investigation. Please note that Sneakin is not responsible for any damage inflicted during shipment.
5.2.1 After receiving the product, we will process and decide whether to approve the claim. In case of approvement, you will be informed. Instructions for a refund is provided and if available, a new product will be sent to you. However, the customer reserves the right to cancel the order in case of new availability of the product.
5.3 During the shipment of goods, Sneakin can not ensure that shoe boxes arrive undamaged. Sneakin guarantees that all shoe boxes are original. Shoe models older than 2 years of release (before 2018) rarely have undamaged boxes. We always try to deliver shoe boxes in the most optimal condition. When placing an order, the buyer agrees to the risk that shoe boxes may be damaged. Returns regarding damaged shoe boxes will be voided.
5.3.1 It may happen that shoes are supplied with replacement boxes. Products in a replacement box will always be stated in the product description. Returns regarding replacement boxes will be voided.
6. Return and refund policy
- Goods will be dispatched on working days from Monday to Saturday.
- Due to Covid-19 delivery can run into unexpected delays which can take up to 5-12 working days. For more information about adjusted delivery times, we refer you to our Homepage.
- Due to the global impact of Covid-19, your order may run into unexpected delays. Sneakin holds the right to decide when to ship.
- Orders made in The Netherlands and in Europe will be standardly shipped through DPD, orders outside of Europe will be shipped through our shipping-partner UPS.
- All orders are trackable via the website of the carrier with your given tracking number.
- All shoes will be shipped double boxed.
- Clothing and accessory orders will be shipped in a package.
- Published shipping times are only used for indication. There are no rights reserved for these shipping times.
- Sneakin is not responsible for the duration of shipping.
- All sales are final on Special Release items. No returns or cancellations.

Returns / Changes
You have the right to return/ exchange (subject to inventory), within 14 days of receiving the goods from the initial order.
The Customer holds the right to return or change when the following requirements are met:
1. The Sneakin tag must not be removed. Once the tag has been removed, all returns will be voided.
2. The customer holds the right to open the package and check the contents. All products must be returned in original and unused state. When trace of usage is visible, returns will be voided.
3. The product must be in Original and brand-new state including tags, box and extra's if applicable.
If you wish to make a return/exchange, please follow these steps:
- Check whether you have the right to return.
- Fill in the Return Form.
- Send the package double-boxed via registered mail. Sneakin is not responsible for any loss during the shipment.
- The package has to be received by us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please check with your local shipping company for the duration of shipping.
- Keep the tracking receipt.
- If your return has been received, your request will be processed within 10 working days. If you do not hear from us after 10 working days, please contact us.
We do not refund shipping costs and Klarna costs.
7. Discount Codes & Gift Cards
7.1 Discount codes and Gift Cards are only given by Sneakin, discount codes given by other companies are not valid.
7.2 Discount codes and Gift Cards are valid for a period of 1 year and can be used for a full or part payment of your order at Sneakin. Discount codes are personal and the 1 year period starts from the moment the discount code is obtained.
7.3 Discount codes and Gift Cards are not exchangeable for cash of store credit.
8. Use of content / press
8.1 All content found on the website and webshop of Sneakin, including logos, photographs and video's belong to Sneakin and partners. We reserve copyright to the content on our website.
8.2 In case of interest to use some of our content on our website, please contact us before using the content.
9. Feedback and inquiries
9.1 There is always room to improve our website. Feel free to contact us to give us some feedback or any other inquiries concerning Sneakin.
